Absolutely! Our training plans are designed to be flexible and can be adapted to fit your schedule and available facilities. We have experience working with climbers from all walks of life, with busy work and family commitments. A training plan is the best we to make the most out of your available resources and it is more time-effective than drifting around the gym without a focus. We can help you structure your life and find pockets of time to train, with sessions taking as little as 20 minutes.
We have written plans for those who frequently travel for business trips, work on oil rigs, and can only train with a portable fingerboard or those with full access to modern gyms and training facilities.
To get the full value out of a training plan with us, the reasonable minimum would be:
6 hours a week
Access to a small climbing wall or board
A fixed or portable fingerboard
A space for bodyweight exercises, gymnastics rings, or weights

Our 6-week fully personalized plans require an investment of £160, and our full monthly coaching package costs £150 every 4 weeks. It's less than the cost of a daily coffee or pint in many parts of the world to have access to a training plan and the knowledge and experience of world-class climbers and coaches.

Your training plan can include whatever we think will best help you improve your climbing. We'll also consider any forms of training you're psyched to experiment with and take into account what you've already done.
